Travel Bugs
Wednesday, September 2nd, 2009DAY 19. was chatting with my bestfriend Cecille a while ago. She was in Boracay and she couldn’t stop raving about the island. She’s here for a 2-week visit from the US to spend time with her whole family. They all went to Boracay for 4 days. I was reminded of the one week Josh and I stayed there for our honeymoon. I could not help but reminisce.
For the past days, I’ve been looking for hotels or resorts where my husband and I could stay overnight. I told him it would be our last weekend getaway, just the two of us, before our baby is born next month. I suggested Sonia’s Garden but I deem it too far for a pregnant me. So I thought, a hotel stay will do. I’m thinking about staying at the Mandarin Hotel or the Manila Peninsula but it depends on our budget. The hotels are just a few minutes away for our house so there’d be no problem.
It would also depend on our schedule since sometimes, Josh works during the weekend. If not, I guess I’d just settle on browsing over my online photo albums and imagine we’re out of town. Sigh…
Allow me to post some of our travel photos:
